Visiting the store - tax free & duty free shopping

If you visit the store during your stay in Amsterdam and decide to buy, you can take a footstool with you. We package the footstool for you in the store and bring it to your hotel or vacation address in Amsterdam.

Our stools are made of robust but portable materials.

If you are a resident outside the European Union, you can reclaim the tax (VAT) you pay on our footstools that you take home.

We can also send your footstool worldwide to your home with FedEx, if you're not able to take it with you by plane. We will arrange the shipment.

Please, take into account that the packaging, shipping and handling of the footstools cost you extra.

Because our footstools are uniquely designed and made by hand, the customs will not charge you any duty.

Visiting the website

You don't have to visit Amsterdam to buy an unique stool of Tike Design. You can order a footstool online from our portfolio. Just send us an email with the name of the stool.

Most of the stools are unique, but some models are for limited production. For these you can order e.g. a specific measurement. Please, mail us for more information.

For the price see the list at our website. The prices are VAT included.

After payment (see more on that topic below) we package the stool in a wooden box and send it to your address in any country. We have to charge you an added ammount for the packaging, shipment and handling of the footstool.

Because our footstools are uniquely designed and made by hand, the customs will not charge you a duty fee.

Firstly you can pay for your stool in our store with cash or your VISA credit card.
